By accessing or using Statquake, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. The service

Statquake provides a football player and match intelligence database, including identifier mapping and programmatic access, on a subscription or licensed basis.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@statquake.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, scraping beyond agreed access, uploading harmful content, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Data ownership

Data you submit to Statquake (such as account details and enquiry information) remains yours. Licensed football data is provided for your internal use under your agreement and is not transferred to you as a sale of the underlying dataset.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statquake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or a prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in specific contract terms.
