Statquake partners with Squadal for global player and match data

Statquake and Squadal have agreed an exclusive data partnership, to bring enhanced global player and match data to Squadal's scouting and squad management platform.

Squadal is an all-in-one scouting and squad management platform, used by clubs in the Premier League, EFL, Serie A, NWSL and beyond. Squadal brings recruitment, squad planning and day-to-day squad operations into one workspace. Statquake supplies the underlying player database and match records: mapped player IDs, career and appearance history, in-depth performance metrics, and fixture context that sit behind those workflows.

What the partnership covers

Clubs on Squadal will be able to work against a single, mapped player graph rather than stitching vendor files into the platform themselves. The same global IDs that Statquake exposes over its API will feed Squadal’s scouting and squad tools, so a name on a shortlist, a minutes total and a match event resolve to one person. This makes it effortless to match players scouted in Squadal with those in external data sources.

• Global player and match coverage across men’s, women’s and youth football.
• ID mapping so external sources line up with the same record.
• A consistent feed into Squadal’s scouting and squad management workflows.

Why it matters for clubs

Recruitment and squad decisions only move as fast as the data underneath them. Pairing Statquake’s database with a platform in use at Premier League and Championship clubs means analysts and sporting directors can stay in the tools they already use, with a more complete and reliable data layer behind them. Less time cleaning data, more time hitting metrics. With Squadal's focus on whole-club coverage; from grassroots and youth development through to first-team, having a reliable and well-mapped player identity layer is crucial to ensure a player's full journey is captured, so clubs know about the stars of tomorrow before they even appear in public player databases.
